Unbound: Stephanie Von Bacho ʼ90N, ʼ94N (MS)
This senior director within the Office of Human Resources explains how ‘boundless’ and ‘lifelong learning’ go hand-in-hand.
“To me, ‘boundless’ means never-ending, without restriction, and offering immense potential. A boundless personal mindset aligns with being a lifelong learner. A boundless organizational culture fosters a learning organization—one that supports innovation, facilitates learning, and continuously transforms through a shared vision.”

These initiatives and resources are what Stephanie is referring to by “a learning organization,” a characteristic she believes is critical to our long-term success. She explains, “Opportunities to participate in upskilling activities, apply new skills, and nurture the connection between our employees and their work are essential.”
